We have undertaken leadership and governance reviews as well as helping organisations work through a number of risks and crises and supported others with their approach to communication, content and external marketing.
At an individual level, I have worked with many leaders and aspiring leaders to grow, develop and step into new roles. Being calm, patient and focused on their needs and aspirations, having their back and pushing them outside their comfort zones.
